Dearest Reader,

Remember when sxc.hu was a great place to find beautiful free images? The only cost to use that perfect shot of a perfectly manicured foot slipping into a rose-be-petaled bathtub was a publication by line or a link back to the photographer's website? User wins, and if they are effective, then photographer wins, too. Internet bartering at it's best.

I'm dying to plug some gorgeous photos into O. Camp. I would to hire an illustrator or photographer but as you may have guessed this humble writer is just starting her journey into monetization.

And we return again to dreaming about digital-free sxc.hu of years past. What is the new site for up and coming artists who offer their work in return for acknowledgement? Deviant?

In the meantime perhaps I will add to O. Camp some of the food porn photos I'm collecting for the upcoming launch of foodispretty.com. Although confusing it would at least in the meantime fill the void.
